Merningen ist eine Band aus Marling, die 2022 gegründet wurde und sich stilistisch zwischen Classic, Hard und Symphonic Rock bewegt. Die fünfköpfige Besetzung – Tobias (Gitarre), Emil (Schlagzeug), Noè (Gesang), Katharina (Bass) und Benjamin (Live-Sound) – spielt sowohl eigene Songs als auch Coverversionen. Seit dem ersten Demo „Edge of the Abyss“ 2023 hat die Band mehrere Eigenkompositionen veröffentlicht und sich mit zahlreichen Auftritten in Jugendzentren, bei Open-Airs und Festivals in ganz Südtirol einen Namen gemacht. 2025 folgte mit der Single „Solitude“ der erste Schritt ins professionelle Tonstudio. Nun steht mit der EP „Feral“ das nächste große Kapitel an.

I Merningen sono una band di Marlengo, fondata nel 2022, con uno stile che spazia tra classic, hard e symphonic rock. La formazione a cinque – Tobias (chitarra), Emil (batteria), Noè (voce), Katharina (basso) e Benjamin (fonico live) – suona sia brani originali che cover. Dal primo demo „Edge of the Abyss“ del 2023, la band ha pubblicato diversi pezzi propri e si è fatta conoscere con numerosi concerti in centri giovanili, open-air e festival in tutto l’Alto Adige. Nel 2025 è arrivato il primo vero passo in studio professionale con il singolo „Solitude“. Ora, con l’EP „Feral“, si apre il prossimo grande capitolo.
